Hi and Welcome!

I do experience the Art of Composing as a mental and emotional Journey through the universe of sounds; I love its heterogeneity: from a jazz song to the great Romantic era; from Josquin Desprez to the extreme Avant-garde.

Since you’re here you might be interested in knowing more about me. I am a composer, pianist, organist, and choir leader. I have composed symphonies, chamber music, choral works, jazz and pop songs, and my music has been often performed, published, and recorded all over the world, especially in Europe, the USA, and Japan. I was born in Naples, where I started playing at the age of 9, then I moved to Siena and lately to Denmark, where I am currently the organist and choir leader at Skive Church.

To me, Music should have no boundaries at all.

I practice mostly the classical-tonal music – as I call it: the path of a many mused rhymes –  but without renouncing to squint up the boundless perspectives of the Avant-Garde, which may lead to the untold… My aim – expressed in my Symphonic Dystopia – is to talk to people with the languages of our time, without flattering them. I have composed music for the Theatre, for the Cinema, and for the TV as well.

Il pianoforte è uno strumento a colori.

As a pianist, I have played concerts in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, (USA), Alba (Italy) Tel Aviv (Israel), Budapest (Hungary), Rome, Naples (Italy), Copenhagen, and Randers (Denmark) – this latter also with the Danish Sinfonietta.
